This is for a Vintage His & Her 2 Pipe Holder made of Walnut wood
by the Decatur Industries Inc with original paper label on felt bottom.
If flat on table is about 1 5/8" tall and 5" long and about 4" wide.
It has been used and has very few scratches to the surface.
There are no chips or cracks to the walnut wood (see photo).
Nice item to add to a collection I say is in good condition.
