    This was in my mom's home for many years. It needs work. It is missing a small front wheel. There's hardware that can be removed for a side piece I think which is not there. One of the back wheels comes on and off easily but looks intact.THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED.I AM LOCATED IN NEW YORK CITY.
