    Description

    From what I can tell a razor like this one doesn't come around very often. This as far as I can tell is called a King Gillette ABC pocket edition for French market (the G inside the D says that it was made for France) that as you can see in the pictures has a double strike. On one part of the head it has the G serial number along with the diamond logo and the  G inside the D, on the other just the diamond logo. There is a deluxe edition model made in USA for US markets that had the diamond logo on both parts, and all of those I have seen also had Made In USA next to the diamond logo. This one also has no stamp indicating where it was made, USA, Great Britain, Canada or else. I took a lot of pictures of the razor showing from all possible angles, please take a moment to oversize pictures prior to viewing them.
