The
U.S.S. Enterprise
NCC-1701-C
was the Ambassador-class ship from the early
24th century captained by Rachel Garrett and fought four Romular warbirds at a
Klingon outpost.  Deeply impressed by the act of self-sacrifice to protect the outpost,
the Klingons established peace with the United Federation of Planets, enforcing
harmony between the two groups.
