Offered here is this brand new, factory sealed Babylon 5 Starfury Mk 1 Special Edition model kit from Revell manufactured in 1998.
From the back of the box: The Mitchell-Hyundyne SA-23 Starfury is a proVen space combat veteran. These one-man fighters, specially· designed for space combat, provide the primary defense for Earth Alliance. After BABYLON 5 seceded from Earth, the Starfuries remained on the station to provide for the common defense. Each Starfury division carries specific markings on top of the upper wing body that identify the particular division. Keeping with military fighter-craft tradition, some pilots add their own personal flair to the "nose-art" on their ships:
Former Babylon 5 commander Jeffery Sinclair displays a Red Chevron on his Starfury during his command of Babylon 5, and the black and yellow stripes of his squadron during the "Battle of the Line."
Captain John Sheridan, the current commander of Babylon 5, displays his "Flying Tiger" design on his wing.
Former security chief Michael Garabaldi's Starfury is decorated with orange, tan and brown "Lizard" stripes.
"Battle of the Line" pilot Mitchell sported black and white "Zebra" stripes before its destruction
And Garibaldi's wingman, "Delta 7" has green "lizard" markings.
Your Starfury can be built with any one of these designs, and you can custom number your ship with the all-new expanded decal sheet included in this kit.
