This is a new & still sealed model kit from 1991 - Star Trek VI I.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-A from "The Undiscovered Country.  This kit when assembled will be over 22" long.  This also comes with a shuttle craft.
Except for some dust on the shrink wrap & a dent in the top of the box from moving, this kit is still new in the box & is complete as it is sealed.
