Functionality
It is in all natural condition and has not been replated and there was no need for repairs. It is fully functional.
Appearance
Was not cleaned or polished. Blade pictured to show what kind of carts it takes...will not be shipped with that blade on it.
Shipping and Returns
FREE USPS First Class shipping on domestic orders. However, Priority and Priority Express are available upon checkout as well. The item will be shipped in a new box (or bubble mailer depending on the item) with plenty of packaging. I use USPS First Class International shipping on all overseas orders. I do offer returns on items that arrive "not as described."
