Royal Copenhagen Frog on Lily Pad Dish - Number 2477 from 1969-1974

This is a beautiful, sculptural piece of porcelain from the famous Danish company Royal Copenhagen.
It is a small dish shaped as a lily pad with a frog playfully attached.
This dish is positively lovely and could be displayed as it is on a windowsill or bathroom sink. It is also perfectly suited to hold trinkets or jewelry or other small things.
The dish is roughly 3.75 x 4.25 inches, with a .75 inch maximum height.
This is design number 2477 with all the proper Royal Copenhagen markings on the back. The dish was designed by Erik Nielsen, and this particular one was made and hand painted in Denmark in 1969-1974. It is a factor first piece.
It is flawless with no apparent damages or signs of use. The lily pad has a lovely blue-green color. The delicately molded green frog has painted feet. The glaze and coloring are fantastic throughout.
