Here is a rare color change Grape Purple garnet from Tanzania (sometimes referred to as Pastel Pyrope). This pear shaped stone measures 12.95mm X 6.6mm and weighs 2.74cts.  It changes/shifts from a grape purple under fluorescent light to reddish magenta under incandescent light.  GREAT COLOR! ALL NATURAL AND UNTREATED! A great addition to a rare gem collection or to be used in custom jewelry!
