For your consideration this listing is for a genuine 1860 gold half sovereign. This coin is damaged- it is bent and has left over solder marks on reverse as someone used this for a pin and removed the pin.  What makes this coin exciting is it's possibly a unique overdate.  If you examine photos clearly the 8/8 is extremely prominent as is the 6 and 0 in date.  I researched and have not been able to locate another example like this.  We believe it is unique.
