    Description

    This is a rare, circulated 1957 British gold sovereign. This was the first year that featured Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. This year also had 168 grains to the milled edge vs. the 108 grains all other years have. There are nicks around the edge and minor surface scratches and wear.
