Instructions
1. Make sure your skin is dry before applying eyeliner.
2. SHAKE BOTTLE WELL BEFORE APPLYING. Make sure to use enough eyeliner on corner ends of your eyes.
3. Make sure there is plenty of eyeliner on the brush, remember there are magnetic particles in the eyeliner so do not remove the liquid from the brush using the bottle.
4. ALLOW EYELINER TO DRY COMPLETELY BEFORE ADDING THE EYELASHES.
