Heywood Wakefield, Constitution Eagle TeaWagon. This tea cart or server is a limited edition. It is number #526 of only 1200 made. Made in 1975 for the Biennial, I believe. It has drop down sides, each with the American Bald Eagle and American Shield, and marked "1776-1976". It has a drop down handle.
