Functionality
This item is in it's all natural condition, has not been replated, and there was no need for repairs. It is clean, fully functional, and ready to shave. There are no bends in the head. The blade pins (that hold the blade) are intact and working properly. The blade sits flush and evenly in the blade tray. The razor has been blade tested.
Appearance
This item has been polished, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, and sanitized. Some very light flea biting on the door.

Shipping and Returns
FREE USPS First Class shipping on domestic orders. However, Priority and Priority Express are available upon checkout as well. The item will be shipped in a new box (or bubble mailer depending on the item) with plenty of packaging. I use eBay International shipping on all overseas orders. I do offer returns on items that arrive "not as described."
