    Excellent condition, structurally
    Cosmetically, there will be the normal rubs, dings, scratches and wear associated with household use. We never find pine bars without evidence of use due to the soft nature of pine wood. As typical, the most wear is on the metal foot rail around the bottom which has discolored over time. The front edge/lip also have cosmetic indications of use.
    Shipment is not included.
    Local Pick up. Buyer picks up in Sargent, Nebraska or has the shipper of their choice pick up at 68874. The shipper picks up/packs/prepares and ships the item. There are a plethora of shippers available online providing quotes.
