    Excellent condition, structurally
    Cosmetically, it has the normal rubs, dings, scratches, and areas associated with household use.  We never find Tavern Pine without cosmetic wear due to the soft nature of pine wood. The most wear is on the top and the tops of each shelf. One drop leaf has a line on a leaf that is visible upon close up inspection.
