HOWEVER, the top handle has been repaired, there is damage to the glaze at the very top of the handle, and there is a chip to the inside rim (about 3/4 inch long) to the base all visible in the images. Also have shown close-ups in the last 3 images for full disclosure.

    Beautiful and very rare piece from a local estate.
    By Royal Copenhagen - Denmark - dating to before 1890 (based on the mark). A large, antique, covered serving dish that measures 14 inches long by 11 3/8 inches wide and about 8 inches tall in the Blue Fluted Plain pattern. No crazing or stains. However, it does have issues consistent with the venerable age of this lovely piece.
    The top was professionally repaired. The base could be repaired or left as is at the buyer's discretion. I could find nothing like this piece in any of my research.
    Also offering a 1889 to 1922 serving platter of the same pattern in excellent condition.
